At mmt.work, our vision is to help SMBs and founders scale existing businesses and build new ones by assembling high-quality, lean, and well-structured fractional teams.

These fractional teams give businesses the leadership and execution power to solve critical challenges across sales, marketing, technology, HR, operations, and finance — without the overhead of full-time hires.

We offer two flexible models designed to fit the way businesses want to work:

Model 1: Fractional CxO-Led Lean Team A senior fractional CxO leads and manages the lean team to drive outcomes with clear accountability.

Model 2: Lean Team The business owner directly manages the lean team, maintaining full control while gaining specialist execution capability.

Our Vetting Process

We are an invitation-only network of talented product builders to help customers discover, design, build, and scale product. Every talent goes through a multi-step vetting process.

Secure Payment Process

Upon completion of each monthly payment period, or if performance issues arise during the monthly payment period, the customer has a five-business-day window to review the service results and raise any objections regarding quality. If the customer fails to notify us in writing within this objection period, the services are accepted.

We need monthly payment for the team in advance. Payment must be made to our designated account.

Code of Conduct for Product Builders

  • Accountability: You are not the right fit for the MMT talent community if you require follow-ups to get work done, or to receive status updates. Consistently deliver planned work on time without requiring follow-ups. If the planned work cannot be done within a given time or you are waiting for inputs, highlight it ASAP to the customer and team members.
  • Honesty: Always be honest about your experience, skill level, capability, and availability to take the work.
  • Thinker & Doer: A true builder is a thinker and a doer. You don't just blindly do what's been told to do.
  • Always Prioritize For Value: Always select tasks that will maximize customer value by driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional product experience.
  • Committed to High Standards : Dedicated to consistently delivering top-quality work and excellence in every task.
  • Respectful Collaboration: Always treat customers and team members with respect.
  • Proactive Communication: Provide regular updates and status reports without follow-ups.

Code of Conduct for Customers

  • Pay on time: Always pay the contract fee on time to win team members' trust and commitment.
  • Respectful Collaboration: Treat all team members with deep respect. Discrimination or racist comments will not be tolerated.
  • Confidentiality of Rates: Please refrain from discussing contract rates with the MMT product builders at any time, as this will create unnecessary confusion. MMT decides rates based on the product builders' skill levels and roles.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts independently when possible; seek MMT’s assistance if needed.
  • Open Communication: Encourage open and honest feedback to get the best from your team.
  • Team Member Privacy: Do not share the MMT team member profile with anyone else.
  • Scope & Planning: Adhere to the agreed scope and maintain proactive planning.
