4. Services
4.1. Service Providers may create listings for services they offer. Listings must accurately represent the services and their prices.
4.2. Service Seekers may browse and request services from Service Providers.
5. Payments
5.1. Service Seekers agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for services through the payment methods provided on the Platform.
5.2. MMT.work may charge a service fee for the use of the Platform, which will be deducted from the payment to Service Providers.
6. Reviews and Ratings
6.1. Users may leave reviews and ratings for Service Providers and Service Seekers.
6.2. Reviews and ratings must be truthful and not violate any guidelines set by MMT.work.
7. Prohibited Activities
7.1. Users may not engage in any activity on the Platform that violates these Terms or any applicable laws.
7.2. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to fraud, harassment, spam, and illegal content.
8. Termination
8.1. MMT.work reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at its discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Users grant MMT.work a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute their content on the Platform.
9.2. Users may not use any content from the Platform without permission.
10. Liability
10.1. MMT.work is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Service Providers.
10.2. Users use the Platform at their own risk, and MMT.work is not liable for any damages or losses.

11.1. MMT.work’s Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of user information. By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.
