FAQ’s – Product Builders

Make My Team (MMT) is an invitation-only network of talented product builders. MMT helps build a team of product builders to collaborate, develop & scale innovative products worldwide, keeping costs low for our customers. Product builders can be full-stack developers, product managers, or UI/UX designers who contribute their expertise to create and enhance these products.

No, MMT is not an agency or IT services company.

No, your profile on MMT will not be publicly visible. We will use it to assess your skillset and later to recommend you with the right product mission. Once you have applied and are shortlisted for a product mission, your profile will be shared with the customer.

A product mission defines what the customer wants to achieve, why they want to achieve what they want to achieve, what kind of team is required to accomplish that mission, and work milestones. 

The time commitment varies depending on your availability. You can choose between a part-time option (15-20 hours/week) or a full-time option (35-40 hours/week).

Product builders are paid based on their skill level. Frequency of payment is monthly.

You can join the MMT talent network by signing up on our website https://mmt.work. After signing up, if your skills and experience meet our requirements, we will schedule a skill evaluation and a discussion call with you.

The evaluation call typically takes 30 to 45 minutes.

Currently, MMT only partners with small agencies with less than 25 employees. However, agency team members will work directly with customers without a project manager or agency owner acting as intermediaries.
